Dr. Richardson is certified in functional medicine, and her unique training in both functional and nutritional medicine is the cornerstone of her practice, enabling her to design personalized treatment plans that harmonize mind and body.
LORRAINE TILLMAN
Lorraine Tillman, Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), is a board-certified clinical therapist, with over 15 years of experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She earned her Master of Social Work in Advanced Clinical Practice (MSW-ACP), graduating Magna Cum Laude from Walden University, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Mercer University and an Associate in Applied Science from Hudson Valley College. She is an active member of the National Association of Social Workers (NASW), the National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS), the Golden Key International Honor Society, and Tau Upsilon Alpha, the Human Services Honor Society.

Mrs. Tillman has extensive experience working with diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and young adults facing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, adjustment issues, relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. She works with adults, offering short- and long-term therapy through a flexible, client-centered approach. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

MEL SAMAROO
Mel is a dedicated Psychological Assistant with a strong foundation in clinical psychology and a passion for helping others. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Georgia State University and completed clinical visiting student hours at NYU, gaining valuable hands-on experience in clinical settings while learning from leading professionals. Currently pursuing a dual Ph.D. in Psychology, Mel remains deeply committed to continuous growth and professional development.

Supporting others is at the core of Mel’s work. She is passionate about creating safe, welcoming environments where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether assisting during sessions or contributing behind the scenes, Mel consistently brings empathy, professionalism, and a positive mindset to every task.

Outside of her professional and academic responsibilities, Mel enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, traveling, watching TV shows, and engaging in deep, meaningful conversations. She embraces spontaneous adventures and takes pride in uplifting those around her while finding joy in everyday moments.
